Your role as the Marketing & Business Operations Manager
The Marketing & Business Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing various workflows and processes within our client’s team. It requires a proactive individual who is willing to learn and understand the team’s dynamics, prioritize progress over perfection, and seek insights to improve operations. The ideal candidate should be collaborative, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills and the proven ability to effectively innovate, manage, and document processes.
This role is fully remote and can be located in any US state except for Hawaii, and occasional travel may be required.
How you’ll contribute
- Workflows architecture & process documentation: Document and optimize team workflows.
- Microsoft Teams & ClickUp Integration: Manage the organization of Microsoft Teams and ClickUp, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of inter-connected processes.
- ClickUp Optimization & Development: Oversee ClickUp development, reporting, frameworks, administration, and helpdesk support.
- Communications Management: Handle the monthly updates process (central point of information consolidation and then writing draft), plan rhythm of business (ROB) meetings, including quarterly cross-team meetings and fiscal year target setting.
- Digital Asset Management: Own and manage internal team content on the digital asset management portal.
- Resource Onboarding & Training: Facilitate onboarding and training for new resources.
- Security & Tenting Administration: Administer security protocols and tenting and promote best practices within the team.
Your skills and approach
- Deep experience in working within the ClickUp productivity platform. Adept at navigating the platform, including establishing process innovations in task management, forms, reporting, and analytics.
- Proven operations and process experience. Ability to work with the broader team to identify and document new processes, update existing processes, and clearly and succinctly document processes.
- Understands team dynamics and prioritizes progress over perfection.
- Comfortable seeking insights and collaborating with team members.
- Big-picture thinker who understands how different elements are connected.
- Effective communicator who understands the target audience of various deliverables.
The salary range for this role is $130,000-$155,000/year. Actual salary will be determined based upon relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
