Responsibilities
  • Document and optimize team workflows.
  • Manage the organization of Microsoft Teams and ClickUp, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of inter-connected processes.
  • Oversee ClickUp development, reporting, frameworks, administration, and helpdesk support.
  • Handle the monthly updates process (central point of information consolidation and then writing draft), plan rhythm of business (ROB) meetings, including quarterly cross-team meetings and fiscal year target setting.
  • Own and manage internal team content on the digital asset management portal.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new resources.
  • Administer security protocols and tenting and promote best practices within the team.
