Requirements
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a Store Manager role within the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week with full flexibility.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided in the store.
  • Plan, apply, and monitor measures to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyse and review management indicators and costs to improve them.
  • Ensure and collaborate in implementing merchandising standards and optimise selling space to maximise profitability.
  • Remain familiar with the collection, and control and manage stock to maximise sales.
  • Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team.
  • Recruit, train, and ensure the seamless integration of new employees.
  • Lead and motivate the team, ensuring the development of staff potential.
  • Plan, organise, prioritise, and distribute tasks while optimising resources and minimising costs.
  • Ensure optimal management of personnel administration duties.

Mango Secures $3M to Solve Construction Cash Flow

Mexican fintech Mango has secured a $3m funding round led by Ironspring Ventures to address cash flow issues in Latin America's construction industry. The funding will help Mango expand its credit and payments infrastructure, grow its contractor and supplier network, and enhance its internal teams. BBVA Spark also provided a credit facility. Mango's platform offers embedded credit and real-time risk intelligence to streamline procurement workflows and mitigate payment delays in construction.
