Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to match buyers with relevant listings based on behavior, preferences, and marketplace trends

  • Define and enhance how inventory is presented on the platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging buyer experience

  • Utilize tools like Vertex AI, Segment, and Braze to execute and scale personalization, notifications, and campaign strategies
  • Leverage analytics and customer insights to refine personalization algorithms and optimize merchandising strategies
  • Align personalization and merchandising initiatives with broader company objectives to drive buyer engagement and marketplace growth
