Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing ops, or revenue ops within B2B high-tech industries, 3+years managing a team.
  • Experience in managing complex website operations and familiarity with Magento or Shopify, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Boomi, Identify Server, and other relevant platforms. Knowledge of UX/UI, SEO & AI optimization best practices.
  • Strong technical background with experience in systems integration, API management, and marketing automation tools. Marketo, Salesforce, Salesloft, 6sense, Qualified, Optimizely, etc.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and retention goals.
  • Comfortable leading complex change and optimizing processes for accelerated revenue growth.
  • A track record of scaling processes, removing friction, and improving visibility in complex orgs

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of marketing automation systems, revenue operation systems, ABM systems and CRM integrations.
  • Own website experience and eCommerce engine (Gordian.com, RSMeans.com) leveraging user experience best practices, SEO/GEO/AI optimization, enhancing the visitor experience and leveraging strategic product positioning to increase conversions and boost transactions.
  • Partnering with finance and sales, develop and update the sales &marketing waterfall. Develop, analyze, and report on key metrics to gauge marketing and sales effectiveness and business impact.
  • Drive lead management processes, including lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies.
  • Architect marketing campaigns that customize the value proposition to unique digital buyer journeys and drive growth in targeted verticals rooted in VOC.
  • Align sales and marketing teams on campaigns, lead prosecution process, and facilitate seamless execution.
  • Manage key marketing systems and tools: Marketo, Qualified, 6Sense, WordPress, Magento, Asana, Canto, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • In collaboration with the Data Ops team, own the analytics and reporting to measure marketing program effectiveness in pipeline generation and new business acquisition.
  • Own program management to ensure effective campaign and program execution.
  • Champion and leverage AI tools and processes to drive efficiency through automated workflows
  • Champion customer journey engagement and intent data for effective and efficiency segmentation and messaging
  • Own budget development and tracking, including ROMI and ROI of marketing programs.
  • Foster organizational talent, team growth and champion the adoption of FBS/process improvement practices within the department.

For the quarter ended 31 December, Fortive reported adjusted profit of 90 cents per share, beating expectations of 84 cents. Quarterly sales increased 4.6% to $1.12 billion. Fortive reports Q4 2025 results with 3% core revenue growth, deploys $1.6B in share buybacks

Fortive has reported fourth quarter 2025 results with revenue of $1.12 billion, up 4.6% year-over-year, and 3.3% core revenue growth. Adjusted EBITDA rose 7.8% to $358 million, whilst adjusted diluted earnings per share increased 12.5% to $0.90, exceeding full-year guidance. For the full year 2025, Fortive posted revenue of $4.16 billion, up 1.9%, with adjusted EBITDA of $1.23 billion. The company deployed $1.6 billion towards share repurchases during the year, including $265 million in the fourth quarter alone. CEO Olumide Soroye said the results demonstrate solid execution of the company's Fortive Accelerated strategy. The company has initiated 2026 guidance of $2.90 to $3.00 adjusted earnings per share. Fortive completed separation of its Precision Technologies segment in June 2025.
