Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • Three to five years of proven experience in retail outlet management, store management, or a similar supervisory role is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail operations management and point-of-sale systems is required.
  • Strong proficiency with retail management software and data analysis tools is required.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily outlet operations, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of staff members, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining profitability.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and optimize product placement to maximize sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by setting high standards and ensuring team members consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Maintain financial records, manage budgets, and control operational expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across outlet operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and upper management to implement new initiatives and programs.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve conflicts with empathy and transparency.
  • Customize promotional activities and marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and customer engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to maintain competitive advantage in the local market.
  • Prepare detailed reports on outlet performance, challenges, and recommendations for senior management.
