Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • One to three years of marketing, project coordination, business, sales support, or related experience is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional programs, events, and customer initiatives.
  • Assist with the development, coordination, and execution of retail and dealer marketing programs.
  • Coordinate marketing projects across internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Help manage marketing materials, sales tools, product collateral, digital assets, merchandising materials, and retail support programs.
  • Support contractor, dealer, distributor, and retail customer programs.
  • Assist with and lead trade show, meeting, event, and customer experience planning and execution.
  • Work with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to maintain accurate product information and support materials.
  • Coordinate literature updates, product sample requests, merchandising materials, and display programs.
  • Develop knowledge of Deckorators products, technologies, customers, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, project updates, and other business communications.
  • Perform other assigned duties and special projects.

UFP Industries to invest $5.31M in South Carolina packaging facility, creating 136 jobs

UFP Industries announced plans to build a new manufacturing facility in Cherokee County, South Carolina, expanding its Structural Packaging capacity. The project represents an investment of approximately $5.31 million in real property, machinery and equipment, and is expected to create 136 new jobs over five years. The facility will manufacture custom wood packaging products for industrial customers with highly technical needs across the Southeast and beyond. UFP Packaging serves industrial, manufacturing and logistics customers with structural packaging, pallet solutions and protective packaging. The South Carolina location will position UFP Packaging closer to important industrial customers and transportation corridors whilst increasing production flexibility across its national manufacturing network. The project remains subject to customary approvals and finalisation of related agreements.

Tutor Perini and Korn Ferry shine with strong cash flow, but UFP Industries struggles with declining sales

UFP Industries faces challenges despite its 4.9% free cash flow margin, according to StockStory analysis. The building materials company has seen sales decline 6.2% annually over two years, whilst earnings per share contracted 1.8% annually over five years. Its eroding returns on capital suggest aging profit centres. By contrast, Tutor Perini shows stronger fundamentals with a 12.4% free cash flow margin. The construction company achieved 17% annual revenue growth over two years, whilst earnings per share surged 102% annually. Its free cash flow margin improved by 12.9 percentage points over five years. Korn Ferry also demonstrates solid performance with an 11% free cash flow margin. The consulting firm posted 10.1% annual revenue growth over five years and 26.9% annual earnings per share growth over two years. It maintains an industry-leading 19% return on capital.

UFP Industries acquires John Rock pallet manufacturer for $48M to expand PalletOne's northeast presence

UFP Industries has acquired the operating assets of John Rock, a new pallet manufacturer, for approximately $48 million. The deal expands PalletOne's geographic reach in the northeast United States and strengthens UFP Packaging's ability to serve national customers. John Rock, a Kamps Pallets subsidiary, manufactures new pallets across Pennsylvania and Virginia. UFP is purchasing three of four locations: Coatesville, Pennsylvania; Mifflintown, Pennsylvania; and Bowling Green, Virginia. The acquisition adds approximately $82 million in annual sales and nearly 250 employees. The acquired operations will be integrated into PalletOne's existing manufacturing network, creating opportunities for improved efficiency and growth with national customers. UFP Industries CEO Will Schwartz said the transaction strengthens the company's core packaging business and positions it for long-term growth in a strategically important region.

UFP Industries posts slowest Q4 among building materials stocks, revenue falls 9%

UFP Industries reported Q4 revenues of $1.33 billion, down 9% year on year and missing analysts' expectations by 5%. The building materials company, which serves construction, retail and industrial sectors, delivered the slowest revenue growth amongst nine tracked building materials stocks. The quarter proved disappointing, with significant misses on both revenue and adjusted operating income estimates. CEO Will Schwartz noted markets are stabilising despite soft demand, adding the company remains "cautiously optimistic" for 2026 after navigating a challenging 2025. Building materials stocks collectively missed revenue consensus estimates by 1.2% in Q4, with share prices falling an average of 10% since earnings. UFP Industries has declined 13.4% since reporting and currently trades at $92.09.
