Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions that increase the effectiveness and credibility of participants.
  • Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, feedback, and proven working partnerships.
  • Leverage existing Learning and Development core platforms and content within specific franchise or brand training products to limit duplicative efforts.
  • Communicate directly and openly with key stakeholders to achieve positive relationships and mutual alignment.
  • Provide candid and specific verbal and written feedback so training participants understand their strengths and weaknesses and have a plan for improved performance.
  • Recognize the skill levels of training participants and adjust coaching and training techniques to meet individual needs.
  • Develop rotational trainers and/or guest trainers by giving them meaningful roles in classes and providing one-to-one coaching and performance feedback.
