Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of exceptional sales development professionals
  • Develop actionable strategies to improve pipeline creation velocity and quality
  • Manage and forecast quota attainment
  • Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDRs
  • Partner closely with sales team, marketing, and enablement teams
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives
