Responsibilities
  • Directly support VP/GM in leading the STRAP and AOP for the enterprise across multiple product lines of business
  • Drive future growth to expand the pipeline for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Breakthrough Initiative (BTI) programs from ideation to incubation to program launch readiness. Report on progress at monthly NPI and BTI Management Operating Reviews (MORs).
  • Team with the Offering Management Operations on targeted offering development and maturation projects using Z21 methodologies to create and evaluate business cases for launch. Convert Voice of the Customer (VOC) and differentiated technologies to market-back requirements and industry-leading system solutions.
  • Lead and/or support strategic Risk Share and Investment Partnership initiatives on key development programs in coordination with Sourcing to address technology, resource, experience and affordability gaps and constraints.
  • Align and coordinate strategic product roadmap plans with Advanced Technology, Engineering and Integrated Supply Chain
  • Oversee the Retrofit/Mod/Upgrade (RMU) pipeline of programs for the Aerospace Technologies Electric Power business that contribute the STRAP/AOP and support the NPI growth pipeline.
  • Work closely with Strategic marketing to continuously evaluate significant competitor moves, acquisitions, new product launches, financial performance, major wins, etc. and understand the potential implications to our business.
  • Provide input and direction regarding Merger and Acquisition (M&A) and Venture Capital strategies for the business.

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge in the EP product line and portfolio
  • Strong product portfolio management skills
  • Strong intellectual capacity to assimilate and analyze complex qualitative and quantitative data for making solid business decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience to influence, negotiate and partner in a matrix organization and to deliver results through matrix reports.
  • Extensive experience in building successful leadership teams and developing and retaining top talent.
  • Experience in change management, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to think strategically, develop effective strategic plans and strong cross functional support for your initiatives
  • Strong Leadership experience and business acumen with a proven track record of getting results
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Ability to think critically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Solid technical project and program management experience.

Honeywell partners with Rhombus to deliver AI-powered cloud security and video management solution

Honeywell has partnered with Rhombus to deliver integrated, AI-powered cloud video and access control solutions for building security. The collaboration combines Honeywell's access control portfolio with Rhombus' cloud-based video management capabilities in a single platform. Cloud video solutions are growing at over 20% annually and are projected to be the fastest-growing segment in the security industry through 2029, according to Omdia.
