Responsibilities
  • Performs key administrative functions, which includes serving as the receptionist for VICTR spaces.
  • Proactively facilitates and manages administrative functions, including but not limited to:
  • Supporting and coordinating area initiatives.
  • Assisting with leadership on-site meetings, special events, and conferences.
  • Assisting with special projects as assigned (e.g., printing for projects, shipping unique program items, organizational tasks, etc.).
  • Managing parking validations for on-site external visitors.
  • Receiving and distributing mail and package deliveries.
  • Managing office supply inventory for VICTR spaces.
  • Assisting with office supply ordering and managing receiving of supplies.
  • Assisting with the execution of VICTR departmental and employment engagement events.
  • Submitting building maintenance tickets as requested.
  • Assisting with facilities management pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Managing conference rooms for VICTR spaces, including daily calendar distribution and access.
  • Assisting and participating in employee engagement events.
  • Attending weekly team meetings.
