  • Ability to provide assistance to journeyman in the process of assembly of buildings and in the installation of various components of buildings- including but not limited to HVAC units, windows and doors
  • Cut material using various tools and equipment, handling and installation of insulation
  • Assist journeyman with handling and installation of panels, layout of cutouts.
  • Knowledge of and ability to use multiple construction power tools and hand tools.
  • Conduct housekeeping as necessary
  • Team player, ability to work by yourself and with others
  • Able to multitask and adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges with projects.
  • Take initiative; be a self-starter
  • Must be available to work 2nd Shift
