Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field of study is required.
  • Three years of experience in an occupation involving Information Technology or a related field is required.
  • The required experience must include two years in operational or data analysis, database structures, translating business requirements into IT requirements, managing data acquisition for cloud-based data platforms, and managing data transformation for cloud-based data platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the business and IT departments.
  • Analyze existing processes and determine ways to improve efficiency.
  • Write documentation and create process flow diagrams.
  • Understand and refine business problems with end-to-end architecture and engineering teams to define requirements for new shared platform capabilities.
  • Partner with a user interface and user experience researcher to orchestrate meaningful demonstrations of proposed solutions.
  • Own the definition and management of technical, user interface, and user experience debt within the backlog.
  • Chair Product Customer Journey workshops and create feature workflows that define scenarios and intersection points for data analytics solutions.
  • Ensure Data Platform features comply with HITRUST and HIPAA requirements.
  • Shepherd user stories and requirements through scrum teams for implementation, accept user stories, review test cases, and manage defects for the team backlog.
  • Define, measure, and analyze product success metrics for Product Managers and leadership.
  • Understand and articulate the business value of new capabilities and features through formal product demonstrations.
  • Prepare product definitions and required artifacts for scrum teams to develop the product.
  • Bridge the broader product team and delivery team, articulating user personas, customer context, and market context to internal teams.
