Responsibilities
  • Support the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office as part of the office administration team.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders as an ambassador of the company.
  • Procure and manage inventory of snacks, beverages, and essential office supplies.
  • Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Plan and execute company events, including go-karting, virtual games, and trips to Catalina Island.
  • Manage catering for in-office meet-and-eat events.
  • Maintain the front desk, kitchen, office supplies, and snacks in a clean and organized condition.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide calendar scheduling and extensive administrative support to the C-suite.
  • Improve business operations processes to increase the efficiency and impact of the administration team.
