What You’ll Do

- Account Management: Manage client accounts and bring world-class candidates and customer service to address their dynamic needs

- Recruiting: Utilize our internal AI systems and technology to quickly source, match, and develop candidates

- Culture: Be part of a fun, positive culture of future builders

- Work closely with the exec team to bring in new client accounts

- Wear multiple hats between strategic, tactical, and operational recruiting as we grow Moonhub

- Establish relationships with new and existing clients surrounding recruiting needs

- 3+ years as a recruiter

- Drive to be the best and grow your career

- Strong communication skills

- Desire to grow quickly by going above and beyond expectations

US Applicants

- The expected total compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $180,000 in the US.

- This position is eligible for significant commission
