In this marketing role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage in-house creative team of copywriters delivering content across campaigns and key marketing channels

• Be responsible for marketing writing across the .com experience, email lifecycle marketing content, brand marketing material, campaign ideation and marketing messaging for new products and features
• Set standards and goals for copy that makes us look great to clients as well as prospective clients
• Be a thought leader — always advocating for and experimenting with the latest best practices within industry to improve performance results
• Develop and maintain craft-specific documents — writing guidelines, tone of voice etc.
• Identify team priorities, growth paths, and focus areas for you and your team

• Has successfully led and mentored a team of writers
• Is a fantastic writer — creative, engaging, and succinct
• Recognizes great writing and creative abilities, brings out those qualities in others 
• Brings extensive experience writing for consumer-facing brands
• Advocates for strong creative ideas across various platforms and understands the long-term importance of building a brand
• Understands different digital channel objectives, user acquisition and business goals to ensure high customer conversion and retention
• Moves quickly, is decisive and likes to solves complex problems through rigorous experimentation and testing — making, shipping, testing and iterating copy and content as much as possible
• Excels at managing, resourcing and prioritizing projects and deadlines, working closely with our production team and using project management software such as Asana
• Partners cross-functionally with designers, product managers, project managers, product marketers, and more
