Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
  • 4+ years of software development experience at a SaaS or technology company
  • Experience building REST API’s
  • Experience with enterprise Java (Spring, Spring Boot preferred)
  • Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
  • Deployed systems on AWS or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to work with small teams as well as independently
Responsibilities
  • Make meaningful contributions to the industry-leading energy cost modeling API
  • Design and develop new products and modules
  • Translate product and SME requirements into engineering-ready designs, specifications, and implementation plans
  • Participate in peer technical design review sessions to ensure efficient and maintainable code
  • Work with build/release engineering, QA, and support to ensure all aspects of a project are well documented, tested, and supported
  • Write integration and unit tests to validate your implementation
  • Work with remote teams
