Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital program management, with ownership over large engagements or multi-track global media and creative workstreams
  • Experience managing multiple projects with budgets of $1M+ from end to end
  • Deep and demonstrated understanding of performance marketing - digital marketing strategy and media planning, (social) advertising media requirements and trafficking workflow
  • Ability to engage and thrive in a fast-moving, complex operating environment, with shifting priorities and requirements. Be confident in decision making and solutions focused
  • Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches (e.g., Scrumfall)
  • Proficient in Workfront, Jira, Asana, and G Suite - and comfortable adopting new tools as needed
  • Strong financial awareness and experience managing estimates, tracking budgets, and reporting on profitability
  • Excellent time management and communication skills in cross-functional environments
Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale digital campaigns with agency budgets typically $1M+, across global digital marketing strategy and media planning, (social, search, programmatic) planning, execution, and media asset trafficking across global geographies
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resourcing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Drive end-to-end execution, from kick-off to delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and within budget
  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate challenges early with solution-oriented thinking
  • Monitor and manage project financials including estimates, actuals, ETC (Estimate to Complete), and EAC (Estimate at Completion)
  • Anticipate risks and blockers; proactively resolve issues or escalate as needed
  • Be a strong project management and delivery team champion and collaborator
  • Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows and reduce operational friction, both internally and with the client
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and evolve delivery processes, documentation, and ways of working
  • Support, and contribute to, the integration of new tools or practices that improve delivery efficiency and cross-discipline collaboration
  • Drive consistency in documentation, QA, and high project standards
  • Serve as a key client point of contact on day-to-day delivery needs — communicating clearly, managing expectations, and following up in a timely manner
  • Prepare agendas, run project meetings, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Document decisions, action items, and next steps with clarity and follow-through
  • Build strong working relationships across global creative departments and the media team to keep work flowing smoothly and transparently
  • Informally mentor junior project managers by sharing knowledge, best practices, and process tips
  • Contribute to internal discussions around delivery improvement, workflow evolution, and team enablement
  • Maintain a strong sense of accountability and “managing across” with peers and adjacent roles
