- Bachelor's degree or direct and applicable work experience.
- 5+ years of experience working in analysis of server or network controls in any of the following: DevOps, Identity and Access Management (IAM), system virtualization, Windows and Linux Security, Cloud Security, Network and Network Security, Active Directory, Python, JSON, Azure, AWS, Cloud Databases, etc.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory program requirements, such as HIPAA, ISO 27000, NIST, FISMA, and SOC standards.
- Experience using IAM the following tools such as CyberArk, Sailpoint, SumoLogic and how to architect said technology from the ground up.
- Strong working knowledge across IT functions (systems, network, databases and/or application development, SAST tools, Azure DevOps) as well as how these technologies integrate in a DevSecOps environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A certain degree of creativity, innovation and latitude is required (the ability to think outside the box when faced with challenges).
- High attention to detail while completing tasks and processes. Ability to prioritize to maximize personal efficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot and interpret user problems and discern appropriate solutions. Ability to look across multiple systems, applications, and networks to troubleshoot security issues.
- Strong compliance and regulatory focused customer service orientation with effective verbal and written communication skills working with technical and nontechnical personnel, with the ability to address all levels of leadership, business, technical, and non-technical staff.
- Redesign IAM processes and drive automation across AWS and DevSecOps environments.
- Hands-on experience with leading-edge technologies (AWS, Azure ADO, Pipeline scripting).
- Collaborate with a passionate, highly skilled team focused on building scalable, secure systems through scripting and automation.
- Continuously refine playbooks, processes, workflows and procedures for operational excellence.
- Automation and provisioning and managing resources across multiple environments with infrastructure as code (IaC) principles is required to be successful.
- Establishes business relationships and has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- In tandem with security leadership, senior security engineers will consistently assess the threat landscape and adapt quickly to protect the business from risk.
- Mentor junior employees to help strengthen the depth of the team.
- This role reports to security leadership and has strong working relationships with IT and application development leadership.
- AWS, Git, Python Programming, Pipeline development, Security tools like Sailpoint IIQ, CyberArk or the like.

Knoxville Community School District receives Grant from The Wellmark Foundation to bring new mental and Behavioral Health services to students. * Posted By: Clayton Sampson * January 15, 2026 @ 4:46 am * Today's Local News The Knoxville Community School District has received a grant from The Wellmark Foundation to bring new mental and behavioral health services to students. The Knoxville Community School District announced that beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, students will have access to in-person therapy and Classroom Clinic, a telehealth service that connects families, schools and mental health professionals to provide personalized mental and behavioral health support for students. "Thanks to the generous support of the Wellmark Foundation, our students will have expanded access to high-quality behavioral health services that meet them where they are - both in person at school and through telehealth," said Superintendent Cassi Pearson. " This grant allows us to strengthen proactive supports, build healthy habits, and equip students with the skills they need to manage challenges, succeed academically, and thrive both in and beyond the classroom." Classroom Clinic, a school-based telehealth company, collaborates with school districts to provide timely and convenient access to youth mental health care. Its services include telepsychiatry, provided by Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and teletherapy, from licensed mental health counselors. By introducing in-person therapy and Classroom Clinic, students at West and Northstar can access services for their mental and behavioral health similar to how they can visit the school nurse for physical health care. The new mental and behavioral health services are possible, in part, by a three-year School-Centered Behavioral Health Grant from The Wellmark Foundation. The Wellmark Foundation's School-Centered Behavioral Health Grant is available for eligible rural Iowa schools that want to establish lasting mental and behavioral health services for Iowa youth.
