  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or equivalent role
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Email Specialist, and Developer certifications
  • Experience working with Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, external sources integration

Responsibilities
  • Developing, deploying, analyzing, utilizing, and maintaining software, tools, applications, and information systems
  • Contributing to the development of the Salesforce CRM platforms
  • Coaching peer developers, supporting activities, and contributing to the technology strategy
  • Building and architecting solutions in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages
  • Understanding marketing automation technology and Salesforce marketing cloud ecosystem
  • Building GDPR & CCPA processes within marketing cloud environments
  • Developing and managing integration endpoints from the Salesforce platform
  • Analyzing Salesforce technical debt and proposing/implementing solutions
  • Providing documentation, training, consulting, and insights on Salesforce best practices
  • Developing functional specifications and designs for future-focused complex applications
  • Reviewing the designs and code of team members
  • Focusing on growing and building scalable solutions on the Marketing cloud platform
  • Initiating and championing code reuse, eliminating tech debt, platform optimization, and quality across various applications
  • Implementing and streamlining processes that validate compliance, security, and performance
  • Designing and implementing scalable solutions across the suite of Salesforce products
  • Supporting the rest of the team with technical guidance
