Requirements
  • Over 3 years of project management experience across various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe)
  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager on Agile application development focused projects
  • Experience conducting business/system analysis on projects supporting both business and IT operations
  • Ability to engage customers at all levels of the organization, from C-suite to the newest intern, and meeting where they are to assist in fulfilling their business needs
  • Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Experience leading and executing within an Agile project methodology
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics or Business Administration
  • Experience and familiarity in driving results in technology related Mergers & Acquisitions projects
  • Experience working in a professional services environment
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or other Agile earned certifications
Responsibilities
  • Maintain control of time, scope, and budget across the lifecycle of multiple projects
  • Lead customer meetings and drive results to stakeholders with the customer’s technical, management and executive teams
  • Facilitate organizational change management processes defined for each project to ensure users are properly training and communicated with stakeholders
  • Submit daily hours billed to cloud-based project management software, Kantata, for time tracking
  • Assist in post-rollout user adoption activities ensuring the solution is fit for function and operating as expected
  • Provide program updates and communicate project status to senior-level stakeholders
  • Create, manage, and execute project plans adapted to the customer environment
  • Facilitate the operation turnover of solutions from the project team to the customers’ environment or to a Concurrency Managed Service offering
  • Work in multiple disciplines, across industries, and build customer knowledge and credibility quickly
  • Build, review, and analyze process flows, use cases, activity diagrams, and interface designs as required for the given project
  • Identify potential risks and roadblocks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address any concerns
  • Partner with technical leads to identify process improvement opportunities, provide optimization recommendations and solutions
  • Build and manage synergistic relationships with relevant business partners
  • Escalate and drive resolutions for issues or risks and associated with pipeline, capacity, or scope
  • Build trust and act as a mentor to customers on industry-standard best practices
