  • 5+ years product management experience building mobile apps
  • 5+ years product management experience in the fintech space
  • Familiar with 0-1 iOS & Android Mobile Products
  • Willing to work across global time zones, including 10% travel
  • A track record of shipping and iterating on successful products with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for building and executing a global banking vision
  • Lead the mobile product pod at Jeeves and continue iterating on iOS and Android Jeeves apps
  • Drive a mobile first approach for the most important features by customer persona while considering the nuances of each supported country
  • Have a evidence based approach for which features should be in mobile
  • Set objectives and key results your team will be aiming to achieve
  • Run daily standups, weekly grooming sessions, bi-weekly planning sessions, and retrospectives
  • Partner with your designer counterpart to run user research sessions and identify new problems/opportunities, as well as evaluating prototypes or products you've already launched
  • Facilitate experiments your team will run in order to quickly validate what you should be building
  • Help shape, evangelize, and support the mobile roadmap, from which your team will be working from
  • Run and review analytics and qualitative user research to measure success and make sure we're providing value to our users
  • Communicate the key results to relevant stakeholders at Jeeves
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with designers, engineers, and QA team members in your pod to define specs, hit your sprint and quarterly goals, and create an incredible user experience
  • Gather feedback and communicate upcoming launches with Sales, Customer Support, and Jeeves as a whole
  • Discover efficient and effective processes to localize products to our global markets, while working with compliance and legal to ensure regulatory approvals
