Requirements
  • DoD 8570.01-M/8140 compliance is required.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online is required.
  • SharePoint migration experience is required.
  • The ability to work with little or no direct supervision and in a team environment is required.
  • A Secret-level security clearance is required, with eligibility up to Top Secret.
  • The employee must live within a 75-mile radius of Redstone Arsenal.
  • The employee must be able to perform the stated physical demands, including lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required, with normal hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
  • Perform SharePoint application administration and maintenance.
  • Upgrade the SharePoint environment and migrate SharePoint applications to future versions as required.
  • Recommend and implement SharePoint enhancements and improvements.
  • Perform content restoration from backups and test and verify backup quality.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint application sites, pages, templates, apps, dashboards, and workflows; establish custom data feeds and application programming interfaces.
  • Incorporate content and design changes into SharePoint front pages and executive-level sites as directed.
  • Provide SharePoint project management, requirements gathering, and application development.
  • Develop and document configuration management and change management processes.
  • Provide knowledge articles to the knowledge portal.
Desired Qualifications
  • BD and 0-10 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience with .NET, C#, and SQL is a plus.
  • Hands-on application development experience using APIs, web services, workflows with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio, web parts, and InfoPath is heavily desired.
