- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace, defense, or maritime industries.
- Technical knowledge of operating and maintaining CNC machines, robotic systems, or other automated equipment.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.
