Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations, analytics, or demand generation.
  • HubSpot expertise is a must— you can manage workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with ROI analysis to inform spend optimization.
  • Exposure to multiple marketing disciplines (e.g., demand gen, ABM, events, content, paid media).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize HubSpot as our central marketing automation and CRM system.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing tech stack, working cross-functionally with RevOps and Sales.
  • Develop and maintain data governance, reporting, and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance across key channels (email, paid media, website, events, etc.).
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure ROI, attribution, and funnel efficiency.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to optimize lead conversion and pipeline acceleration.
  • Support with marketing budget tracking.
  • Support forecasting and scenario planning to inform leadership decisions.
  • Work closely with demand generation, content, and events teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with sales to enhance lead scoring, nurture campaigns, and pipeline insights.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on marketing technology and operations best practices.
