Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions and follow-up activities
Support internal teams by relaying customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement
Assist with administrative tasks and document processing as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
