Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems)
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant in a client-facing role
  • Well versed in integrations and interoperability topics (API, HL7, FHIR) and ResMed solutions ecosystem, including Brightree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to architect complex solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Effective presentation skills and ability to convey product/offering value
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, standards, and emerging technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to engage with and sell into varied levels of stakeholders, from clinical users to C-Suite level
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive offerings and best practices to inform solution design
  • Partner with Sales to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements
  • Work closely with the sales and account management teams to provide support in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges
  • Translate client requirements into comprehensive and scalable technical solutions
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that articulate the technical aspects of proposed solutions, tailored to specific client requirements including product demonstrations
  • Provide expertise in integrating our products/services with existing client ecosystems
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution specifications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities
  • Liaise with product development teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to the improvement of our products/services
  • Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of implemented solutions
