As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering innovative technical solutions to meet our clients’ business challenges. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about architecting cutting-edge solutions and has a proven track record of successful collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive offerings and best practices to inform solution design
- Partner with Sales to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to provide support in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges
- Translate client requirements into comprehensive and scalable technical solutions
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations that articulate the technical aspects of proposed solutions, tailored to specific client requirements including product demonstrations
- Provide expertise in integrating our products/services with existing client ecosystems
- Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities
- Liaise with product development teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to the improvement of our products/services
- Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of implemented solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems)
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant in a client-facing role
- Well versed in integrations and interoperability topics (API, HL7, FHIR) and ResMed solutions ecosystem, including Brightree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to architect complex solutions
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Effective presentation skills and ability to convey product/offering value
- Familiarity with industry best practices, standards, and emerging technologies
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to engage with and sell into varied levels of stakeholders, from clinical users to C-Suite level

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
Base Pay Range for this position:
$109,000 - $136,000 - $163,000 USD
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
