Requirements
  • University degree preferably in technology, engineering or Business Administration
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the implementation of financial information systems, with extensive technological and systems architecture knowledge
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and strong planning, organizational, and execution skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SAP finance modules (FI, CO, PS, TR) and integration across different SAP modules
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP CONCUR or Travel Expenses processes and integration across different systems: travel agency, credit cards and HR software
  • While not necessarily a deep configurator, they must understand technical aspects and how SAP systems integrate with other applications
  • Medium/High English Level (Cambridge B2 or similar)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to manage diverse teams and various stakeholders
  • A solid understanding of business processes, particularly financial ones, and the ability to translate them into effective SAP solutions
  • The ability to navigate change and guide organizations through complex SAP implementations and transformations
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and scope definition to execution, monitoring, and final delivery
  • Partner with business and external technical teams to understand their business needs, guide the design and development of solutions, and ensure they meet organizational standards and goals
  • Manage and coordinate relationships with external partners, software providers, and consultants to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Build and lead project teams, including consultants, developers, and business users, motivating them to achieve project objectives
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and budget to stakeholders and executives
  • Manage project budget and ensure the project remains within financial constraints
