  • Active TS//SCI with CI poly
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, requirements analysis, capability development or similar field, with a focus on cloud, DevSecOps, or related areas.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching or managing complex technology products using Agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned to customer needs and technology drivers
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training and documentation to support customer adoption and usage.
  • Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and techniques to elicit and derive product capability requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical/system requirements including epics and user stories
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility including definition of minimum viable products (MVP) or program increments (PI)
  • Ensure that all product offerings meet stringent security and compliance standards.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and future development.
