Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record hiring for Engineering and/or Go-To-Market roles
  • Experience in a high-growth agency environment, with exposure to startup or embedded recruitment models
  • Skilled stakeholder manager who can push back, influence, and collaborate with senior leaders
  • Passion for startups or mission-driven work
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • This position is based in New York City and follows an onsite setup
Responsibilities
  • Build strong pipelines of talent across early-stage and scaling businesses
  • Drive full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding strategy
  • Provide market insights, hiring data, and interview process improvements to stakeholders
  • Represent the employer brand with authenticity, professionalism, and warmth
  • Contribute to broader talent initiatives across the portfolio, in initiatives across the portfolio
