Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to resident needs

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapists to achieve the best outcomes

• Accurately document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

• Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and swallowing safety

Qualifications

• Current California Speech-Language Pathology license

• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
