Responsibilities
  • Observe, understand and model the Least Waste Way
  • Positively impact the business by working with other engineering and non-engineering disciplines to eliminate waste and improve processes
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Work collaboratively across disciplines to develop solutions with an emphasis on timeliness and execution
  • Design and implement processes to improve efficiency and flow throughout the factory and back office
  • Facilitate continuous improvement events to develop, define and improve processes in PS’ Nozzle Value Stream
  • Create, publish and analyze production performance metrics
  • Special studies and projects
  • Create staffing models based on work content
  • Facilities and workplace design
