  • You have experience in a customer success, account management, or management consulting role; ideally in the Fintech industry

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic consulting to clients on how to best implement their embedded finance product and bring it to market, including understanding Unit’s full product offering and where clients should leverage additional features
  • Build and manage multiple client relationships post-onboarding, including proactively engaging with key contacts, identifying and tracking any issues to resolution, and ensuring we deeply understand the health of the relationship at any given time
  • Advocate for client needs to the internal Unit organization, and work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize client requests based on projections and opportunity size
  • Develop and monitor the KPIs and other performance metrics we will use to track client growth and success
  • Work closely with the support and implementation teams as a point of escalation for complex issues
