  • 8+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Software Engineering, or related role, ideally in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with specific strength in elegantly communicating technically complicated topics
  • Ownership mentality
  • Strong hands-on development experience
  • Highly organized, with an ability to juggle multiple projects at any given time without sacrificing quality/nuance
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time
  • Drive and manage developer relations within the organization
  • Oversee the developer advocacy team and their efforts
  • Lead, guide, and inspire a team of advocates to support developers effectively
  • Represent Circle at industry events and increase visibility in the developer ecosystem
  • Be an active participant in web3 communities and be the face of Circle for developers
  • Execute strategic developer growth and engagement strategies
  • Attend, speak, and present at crypto and blockchain conferences
  • Champion customer needs in the crypto and blockchain problem space
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to amplify transparency and trust of Circle to developers
