We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to implement and manage a new third-party prepaid card service for our virtual case management program. This role will play a key part in streamlining our financial processes and ensuring accurate reporting.
Role & Responsibilities

- Prepaid Card Management:
- Implement and manage the third-party prepaid card service for virtual case management clients;
- Load and distribute prepaid cards to clients in a timely and accurate manner; Track and reconcile prepaid card activity;
- Maintain accurate records of all prepaid card transactions.
- Prepaid Card Program Rollout:
- Develop and manage the national rollout plan for the prepaid card program to all US offices;
- Train staff on the new prepaid card system and procedures;
- Provide ongoing support to US offices during the transition.
- ERP System Integration:
- Interface with the ERP team to ensure seamless reporting and capture of financial data for both prepaid cards and US credit cards;
- Work with the ERP team and corporate finance to develop and implement processes for accurate data entry.
- Support:
- Provide ongoing support to staff and US finance managers in utilizing the prepaid card and US credit card platforms;
- Answer questions and troubleshoot any problems related to prepaid cards and US credit cards;
- Develop and maintain user guides and training materials.
- Corporate Credit Card Program Administration:
- Serve as main point of contact for credit card related troubleshooting and questions from staff, providing timely responses to staff issues/concerns;
- Create and issue new credit cards as needed;
- Serve as primary administrator for our credit card program, which includes changing limits, blocking lost cards, making payments, checking potentially fraudulent activity, setting up new credit card logins, setting up card reporting hierarchies in database;
- Follow up on unreconciled credit cards;
- Serve as main point of contact/project manager for new credit card implementations and projects.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Experience with prepaid card programs or other payment systems (a plus).
- Experience with ERP systems (a plus).
- Experience with non-profit financial management.
- Experience with USG grant funded programs and refugee resettlement (a plus).

- · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
