  • 7+ years' experience in software implementations/deployments (SaaS preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers

  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Experience with software code, complex macros, analyzing data required

Responsibilities
  • Leads and coaches the implementation team throughout the project to ensure a successful implementation of our solutions
  • Deeply understand our customers' operations and how the Upshop solution maps to provide maximum value
  • Capture learnings and best practices from implementation / migration efforts to create a sustainable, replicable playbook for future Implementations
  • Provides support during go-live
  • Conduct regular status meetings with your team to track progress and identify any potential opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services
  • Identifies and manages risk throughout the project, ensuring communication to all stakeholders
  • Ability to influence others, work as part of a team and act as a catalyst for change
  • Experience with all layers of the Software-as-a-Service delivery and operating model
  • Monitor and improve account-wide delivery execution, reporting, and communication standards
  • Ability to lead teams through difficult situations while maintaining customer trust
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets, estimates, and timelines
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in SQL, Excel, and database concepts
  • Proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Experience with companies in growth phase
