Requirements
  • Keen interest in sustainability and meeting our green goals, we are open to a various backgrounds bearing this interest in mind
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop and clearly articulate objectives using both analytical thinking, reference to facts and best practices while remaining creative and open minded
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while not afraid to ask for help and/or guidance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Familiarity with product development processes, including product design, manufacturing, and testing
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Preference will be given to Co-op Students currently enrolled in a bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Product Management, Sustainability, or related field
  • Position can be based in Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON or remote if applicable

Responsibilities
  • Work through product programs across different stages of those programs i.e., start, take over a program late in development and mid-way through a program
  • Assist Product Managers in the development and management of sustainable headsets, assisting in identifying the correct sustainable materials for that program and optimizing the supply chain to reduce waste and carbon emissions keeping our overall goals in mind
  • Work with our packaging team to design sustainable packaging for our headsets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure sustainability is integrated throughout the product development process
  • Conduct market research to identify sustainability trends in the industry and recommend product improvements
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials to communicate the sustainability benefits of our headsets to customers and stakeholders
  • Participate in product testing and validation to ensure that our sustainable headsets meet quality and performance standards
  • Support the product management team
