Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Coordinate account activities, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional departments
Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients and stakeholders
Support the Account Management team in planning and executing strategic initiatives
Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding service offerings based on client needs
Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently to maintain service quality
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
