Requirements
  • A postgraduate qualification in psychology, registration as a psychologist in Australia, and clinical psychology area-of-practice endorsement.
  • Eligibility to provide supervision under Psychology Board of Australia requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting postgraduate learning in clinical or professional psychology settings, with the ability to guide students through complex practice-based challenges.
  • Strong organisational capability, with the judgement and professionalism required to manage sensitive information, competing priorities, and dynamic clinical training environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration with academic leaders, clinic staff, students, and external partners.
  • Unrestricted working rights.
Responsibilities
  • Lead high-quality clinical education through engaging, student-centred learning and assessment across postgraduate psychology programs.
  • Coordinate and strengthen all Psychology Clinic placements, ensuring seamless operations, clear communication, and exceptional professional standards.
  • Build excellence in clinical supervision by providing individual, paired, and group supervision that supports safe, ethical, evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with Clinic and Program leadership to shape future-focused training models, assessment processes, and placement pathways.
  • Contribute to key academic activities, including OSCE delivery, postgraduate selection, and advisory committees, to uphold program quality and compliance.
