  • Experience in leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, team dynamics and manager development
  • Track record of building high performance cultures where people do their best work
  • Well-rounded expertise across all general areas of People Ops, including organization design, workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, employee experience, talent and performance management, total rewards, employee relations and employment law
  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement our People Ops strategy
  • Help us scale our team (2x this year) while maintaining an incredibly high bar for talent
  • Build and foster a performance culture that engages and gets the best of our hybrid-remote team
  • Provide workforce planning, metrics, and analytics to make data-driven people and culture decisions
  • Develop and coach our people managers on effective management and feedback practices
  • Oversee the development of our DEI initiatives, ensuring that the company is educated, engaged and actively building a culture of inclusion & belonging
