Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive senior product management experience, ideally in platform shared services or B2B SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree in fields of CS, IT or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong background in systems and workflow automation, seamless integrations, performance monitoring, and security compliance of these systems
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, adept at managing backlogs, and employing best practices to enhance agile software development alongside Technology partners
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a collaborative culture, setting expectations, providing ongoing coaching, and empowering team members to achieve their full potential
  • Create a clear, concise, and well-documented product vision and strategy for our global invoicing and disbursements platform
  • Meet with clients and partners to understand their needs and discover opportunities for expansion and refinement of our platform features and functionality
  • Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to identify and manage stakeholder needs, and advocate for prioritization and resource allocation to support product initiatives
  • Influence and secure resources by effectively influencing strategic decisions with senior management across the organization and ensuring your team's progress gains visibility and support at the VP level
  • Manage our platform products throughout the product development lifecycle of discovery and experimentation, product development, and internal and external enablement through launch
  • Establish yourself as a leading authority on our platform systems, representing Benevity’s high standards internally and externally
