Distribution Administrator @ Horace Mann

This is not a remote position. It will be a hybrid position.

The Distribution Administrator performs the processing of all types of distributions within the department and maintains Call Center items regarding inquiries to and from the department.

· Processing distributions (all types)

· Maintain Feith items to ensure efficiency

· Contact with the platforms regarding distribution related items

· Support Auto Rollover Submissions

· Export disbursement files to platform

· Ability to issue disbursements manually

· Handle special projects and tasks as requested

Requirements:

· Basic math skills.

. Customer Service skills

· Ability to analyze a problem or work issue and suggest resolution or execute the resolution

· Must be able to process distributions and calculate work on a repetitive basis

· College Degree preferred; minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required

· Retirement Plan experience preferred

· Relius Administration experience preferred

· Retirement Plan Distribution experience preferred
