Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or analytical roles.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and returns data to create clear, actionable reports for sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with Logistics and Billing teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, resolving issues that could impact delivery or performance.
  • Monitor sales performance, territory coverage, and quota attainment; identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Review pricing, discounts, and promotions to ensure accuracy and consistency, preventing billing errors.
  • Maintain accurate customer and territory information in CRM/ERP systems for reliable reporting and segmentation.
  • Coordinate promotional materials and resources to help field teams execute effectively.
  • Assist with expense reporting, approvals, and workflow management while following company policies.
  • Assist with additional operational tasks as needed to support the sales team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Power BI and SAP.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
