Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, people analytics, HR data analysis, HR technology, or a related field.
  • Workday experience is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Strong HR data analysis and reporting experience, including building dashboards, defining metrics, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, conditional logic, data validation, data cleaning, and large data set analysis.
  • Experience with HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, retention, time-to-fill, recruiting funnel activity, offer acceptance, internal mobility, compensation data, and workforce demographics.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data while complying with security controls, data privacy standards, firm policies, and regulatory or industry requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and support clear, timely employee communication.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods and sustain a seated posture in an office environment; ability to grasp or handle objects, talk, hear, and adjust focus.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary support resource for Workday, providing first-line and escalated support to HR and end users by researching and resolving system issues, unexpected results, and process flaws, and recommending solutions or alternative approaches.
  • Lead the review, testing, and implementation of Workday releases, upgrades, and patches, including application, regression, and business process testing.
  • Partner with functional and technical stakeholders to coordinate deployments, maintain system tables and configuration, and document processes and outcomes.
  • Act as the liaison between HR and IT by translating business needs into technical requirements and leveraging Workday functionality to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HRIS business processes.
  • Provide project oversight for Workday initiatives from design through implementation, including integrations, configuration changes, and new module rollouts; manage requirements gathering, data mapping, testing, validation, post-implementation support, risks, scope changes, and timelines.
  • Lead change management for HR technology updates by developing training materials and user communications, delivering training, and maintaining procedures, job aids, and system documentation.
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards, including custom, matrix, and composite reports.
  • Run audits and queries to identify and correct data integrity issues.
  • Own end-to-end support for HR technology systems that integrate with Workday, troubleshooting interface and integration errors and coordinating resolutions with IT and third-party vendors.
  • Evaluate emerging HR technology needs and research or recommend Workday modules or third-party solutions.
  • Provide cross-functional support to Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Onboarding teams on Workday-related processes.
  • Interface with internal departments and external vendors and support multiple locations, regions, and business units.
  • Manage small and large projects from beginning to completion.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
