  • You must own a vehicle and be willing to travel between locations in the Mountain View and San Jose area, and cover your own transportation costs.
Responsibilities
  • Visit properties independently, typically twice a week per property, following a shifting schedule.
  • Manage your schedule so visits take 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on property size and occur during high-impact windows (typically 6:00am–9:00am or 6:00pm–11:00pm).
  • Conduct digital patrols using the Parkade mobile application to scan license plates in both assigned and unassigned zones to identify unauthorized vehicles.
  • Report violations by capturing photos of violations (plate, vehicle, and spot number) and submitting them through the app for review by the remote operations team.
  • Execute enforcement actions as instructed by the remote operations team, which may include leaving printed warning or penalty notices on vehicles or calling a towing partner.
  • Assist with towing documentation when necessary, including remaining on-site to sign for the tow truck or re-checking the spot to determine if the vehicle has departed.

Parkade provides a SaaS platform that automates parking management for apartment buildings. It handles reservations, payments, access control, and enforcement for tenants and guests, all in one system. The software integrates with Property Management Systems and tenant directories to enable automated enforcement, real-time problem reporting, and streamlined operations, reducing manual work for property managers (average about 10 hours saved per week). It supports mobile enforcement, 24/7 customer support, and towing services to resolve issues quickly. Pricing can be granular and includes guest parking and premium flexible leases, helping property managers maximize parking revenue. Parkade’s goal is to make parking management easier and more efficient for property managers while improving the tenant and guest experience by automating processes and optimizing revenue.
