Responsibilities
  • Investigates, resolves, or escalates incoming business process and technical support requests from various clients for internal accounting and tax applications; proactively communicates issues to management and development teams as needed
  • Manages support ticket backlog and prioritizes effectively to meet client service levels; identifies trends in application issues and proactively suggests options to prevent future occurrences
  • Supports tasks for custom developed or vendor software including data analysis and mapping, system Participates in full project life cycle for custom developed applications, including documenting requirements, developing and executing test plans and scripts, and producing technical support documentation
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams throughout implementation cycle to support client on-boarding and support of various accounting and tax applications
  • Participates in change management and release management
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems and accounting (or some accounting courses) is a plus
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience; accounting experience is a plus
