Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Owner, loyalty and retention program building and optimization (agency or client-side experience)
  • A deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and digital ecosystems
  • Proven ability to transform data and insights into compelling brand narratives
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence creative ideas and build client trust
  • Excellent presentation skills—able to tell a great story and back it up with logic and insight
  • Familiarity with CRM, digital platforms, and multi-channel campaigns
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of Owner strategies that builds loyalty and retention among owners of the client’s automotive brand
  • Partner with analytic teams to map consumer journey, and identify key touchpoints we can intersect with in meaningful ways along their path
  • Develop and optimize membership reward programs and incentives, conceptually packaging them together in a suite of owner benefits (ie service, CPO, APP etc) via direct marketing
  • Analyze data, research trends, and extract insights to inform strategy and uncover new growth opportunities
  • Build strong partnerships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to translate their business objectives into actionable strategies
  • Stay ahead of industry and cultural trends, bringing new perspectives to the table and contributing to the agency's strategic vision
  • Develop KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and iterate on strategies to drive measurable business impact
