Responsibilities
  • Navigating working across historical Verizon Cellco agreements & legacy Tracfone contracts in partnership with Verizon Legal to serve as the subject matter expert for Value Indirect contract policies and compensation structure.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to develop, socialize, and distribute Legal notices pertaining to compensation, incentives, and brand specific policies.
  • Recommending and aligning contractual strategies and structure across brands where feasible, creating cohesive Verizon Value Indirect standards and requirements.
  • Managing a robust, thorough tracking system for all notices, contracts, and agreements being owned or distributed within the channel, providing audit support where required.
  • Identifying and implementing enhancements to Master Agent contracts to reduce risk and improve channel performance.
  • Owning all contract work associated with Master Agent onboarding and acquisition activity, ensuring proper execution within respective timelines in partnership with the Sales organization.
  • Overseeing and coordinating end-to-end ownership of various complex strategic initiatives/projects simultaneously and organize/prioritize them to align to the channel’s broader strategic goals with limited oversight and direction.
  • Consistently delivering high quality work that fully addresses the intended criteria, goals, and objectives.
  • Effectively communicating verbally and in writing to stakeholders, team members, and leadership.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities.
  • Excellent executive presentation skills.
  • A team player orientation collaborating well with others.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional experiences to partners and consumers.
  • An MBA, or an M.S. in a related field.
  • Background working with Verizon agreements and/or contracts.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, VLSS certification in Green Belt or Black Belt.
  • Experience working with external partners and/or vendors.
  • Experience in the Verizon Value segment.
