  • Create and maintain project management strategy, tools, and documentation for high-leverage Engineering projects
  • Facilitate resource planning, prioritization and trade-off discussions
  • Effectively communicate program statuses, identify potential risks and setbacks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Design Leads to estimate level of effort, define success metrics, identify dependencies and break project scope into actionable workstreams
  • Develop and share project management best practices within Omada
  • Develop strategic recommendations and identify areas of opportunity for investment and standardization within our systems and operations
  • Investigate technical needs and troubleshoot technical issues in our systems
