Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of Product Management experience owning complex product areas from strategy through execution.
  • Demonstrated success independently leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience building or improving operationally complex products, including internal tooling, back-office systems, or workflow-heavy experiences.
  • Ability to create clarity in ambiguous environments and move work forward without waiting for direction.
  • Strong written communication, producing concise, thoughtful briefs and documentation that enable teams to make better decisions.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across multiple disciplines and competing priorities.

  • Genuine curiosity and active experimentation with artificial intelligence tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor, demonstrated through side projects, prototypes, or self-initiated builds.
  • Deep empathy for patients and users, understanding that trust, clarity, and reliability matter as much as feature velocity.
  • Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers on architecture, scope, sequencing, and technical tradeoffs without needing to be an engineer.
  • Data fluency, including defining meaningful success metrics, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative insights, and using evidence to inform product decisions.
  • Commercial awareness of how product investments drive activation, retention, lifetime value, operational efficiency, and long-term business performance.
  • Background in healthcare, fintech, logistics, or other trust-sensitive, operationally intensive environments is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
  • Own significant product areas end-to-end, defining strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Independently identify product opportunities through customer insights, data, operational feedback, and first-principles thinking.
  • Translate company objectives into clear product strategies, prioritization decisions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with the Principal Product Manager and Vice President of Product to shape long-term product direction while independently executing against strategic priorities.
  • Lead discovery, shaping, delivery, and post-launch iteration for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Write product briefs that provide engineering and design with the context needed to make implementation decisions.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, design, clinical operations, pharmacy operations, customer experience, marketing, and leadership to deliver high-impact work with minimal oversight.
  • Navigate ambiguity and make informed tradeoffs between customer value, technical complexity, operational impact, and business priorities.
  • Apply Shape Up methodologies to shape projects, define appetite, surface risks, and maintain execution momentum.
  • Apply first-principles thinking and Jobs to Be Done frameworks to understand patient motivations and translate insights into product decisions.
  • Drive roadmap planning by proactively identifying opportunities, dependencies, sequencing, and investment tradeoffs across the product area.
  • Evolve internal operational tooling across patient operations, fulfillment, support, billing, and clinical administration to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Partner closely with engineering to balance feature development with platform stability, system scalability, data integrity, and patient safety.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate product performance, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Champion high-quality product thinking, documentation, and decision-making practices across the product organization.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence across patient experiences, internal tooling, operational workflows, and product development processes.
