Requirements
  • 3+ years in talent development, employee engagement, and/or performance programs
  • Proven track record of creating, implementing, and executing successful talent development programs
  • Excellent time and project management skills, ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Strong consultative, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication ability across written, verbal, and presentation
  • Design minded/design experience a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and facilitate talent programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and support the development and success of our team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent program needs and design solutions that address those needs
  • Develop comprehensive and progressive manager and leadership development programs that support new and tenured leaders and managers
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the areas of talent development, employee engagement, and performance programs
  • Track and measure the impact of talent development programs and make data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent development, employee engagement, and performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support talent development initiatives
